East Tiger - Iverson RR ~ 4 easy miles
The conditions at Steven's Pass called for ice and rain. The last thing Arlene and I wanted to do was drive an hour and a 1/2 to find cold slush. No snow shoes today! We instead went local to East Tiger. There was no satisfying, jaw dropping picturesque view. No tigers, no bears and no cougars. When we came upon the first clearing, we scrambled up a grassy ridge in hopes of a "view". Instead, we found a mass grave for old timber. The rain was kind enough to hold off until we returned closer to civilization. Picture of Arlene and the furballs:
