A loud noise is heard going up the steep 3 mile Forest Service Road. Once parked at the trail head, Amy says "ummmmmm" as she gets out of the car. And then I hear a loud sssssssssssssssssssss noise. Crap. A few bandaids, some mole skin and kinesiology tape (not pictured) should help keep the car upright long enough until after the hike. We left enough Karma out in the world to be offered some help after our hike. A nice family of 4. Thankfully I had a spare, and a jack and we were on our way with 6 people working on it. (I don't know this dog but just thought he was really handsome)
