Lake Dorothy or Dorothy Lake

It was hot, I won't lie to you. Last night after leaving Fred Meyer with my hiking sandwich and snacks, I got the text. Michelle. It's too hot. Yes but..... too bad! She's been wanting to do this hike for a long time so I've been saving it just for her. Plus I haven't seen her in a whole year! 80+ is way beyond my hiking comfort level (hers too) but we were going. It took us twice as long as anticipated because of the heat, and.......... the stairs!
