Coal Creek ~ 4 miles

There is something mystical about hiking in the moss covered foggy forest. As the weather gets colder, it is much more difficult to find people to go with me - especially during the holidays. Busy? What? Ha Ha. I literally made a pathetic plea to my peeps to get out there with me today. I resorted to offering free lattes and sandwiches. Thankfully, Sally accepted (under a few conditions) Banda is always willing to go no matter what, and we borrowed Clay. I'm looking forward to the next adventure! Perhaps a snow shoe to two.

Good to see that you two have gotten out again-since I know how much you "love" winter weather! Merry Christmas to you both and a happy hiking new year!
