I'm still thinking about our "encounter" yesterday. I wonder now how many times my bear bells may have scared one way unknowingly. How many times have I been close to one without realizing it. I'm now having second thoughts about cougars (see earlier post) At least a bear would just come out and say hello, whereas a cougar may stalk you for miles hidden just out of sight. Is wildlife amazing? I wonder what this week will bring...
