Getting caught in the rain

I’m so glad I didn’t have a hike planned for today since I have some kind of stomach bug. Banda doesn’t care about that though. She and I had our own little quiet adventure on the Pipeline. It’s basically a dirt road that winds for miles through the neighborhood. I didn’t expect to see mountains today but I did. I didn’t expect to see horses today but I did. I found myself taking off my jacket and embracing the rain. Life is good even when you feel like throwing up.
